Leadenhall Search & Selection are recruiting for a specialist advisory firm. The organisation operates an entrepreneurial, credit-focused advisory model supporting lenders, credit investors, and corporates across restructuring, special situations, and complex credit-driven transactions. The firm is looking to grow its presence in the US.

The Role

Our client is looking to bring in senior Vice President, Director, Managing Director and Senior Associate level professionals to join their US advisory platform. This person will have the chance to lead and originate transactions as well as execute on complex credit-focused mandates.

The Person

• 8–20+ years of relevant experience in investment banking, restructuring, credit investing or special situations
• Credit-focused background preferred (restructuring advisory, distressed debt/special situations investing, ABL, RBL or structured credit, litigation finance etc.)
• Strong ability to originate and execute transactions independently
• Experience working on creditor-side mandates (lenders, credit funds, institutional investors)
• Excellent communication skills
• Entrepreneurial mindset with desire to own client relationships and drive revenue
